We accept clients stable on methadone or suboxone. We have thirty six beds in-patient residential treatment. Our clients are male over the age of 18.

Street Haven at the Crossroads Grant House Phone: 1-416-967-6060 A continuum of services for women experiencing substance abuse issues begins with an intensive 6 month 10 bed residential, abstinence based, treatment program that focuses on profound change of lifestyle and behaviour. An outreach program is available for women leaving the residential program and to other women living in the community who require support, resources, counselling and help in life planning. The community program is harm reduction based and available to women for a period of two years.

St. Michael’s Residential Treatment Program / Matt Talbot Houses Toronto, ON Phone: (416) 926-8267 St. Michael's Homes / Matt Talbot Houses provide abstinence-based programs in a residential community setting. Their programs include community living, group therapy, life skills, individual counselling, relaxation training and practice and anger management. Their approach is one that offers an integrated and holistic continuum of care, focused on enhanced quality of life for men living with the challenges associated with addiction. The six month residential treatment program includes several components: community living, group therapy, life skills classes, individual counselling, relaxation training and practice, anger management, recreation, and an after care group. Participation in doing light chores and meal preparation is integrated into the program. A valid OHIP card is required for admission.
